1. For daily fabric washing at home, the recommended amount of this product is 4-5 grams per 1kg of dry clothes, with a washing time exceeding 10 minutes. It can alternatively be soaked for 10 minutes before washing for 5-8 minutes. Remember, concentrated laundry detergent is alkaline and should not be used on delicate fabrics like silk and satin.
2. When laundering linens in hotels, use 40-50 grams of this product per 10kg of dry fabric, adjusting based on the level of dirtiness during the main wash. Maintain a temperature range of 20-60 °C and ensure a washing time of more than 10 minutes. Additionally, consider combining it with emulsifiers, color bleach powder, chlorine bleach powder, or other additives for optimal washing results.
3. In terms of the manufacturing process, regular laundry detergent is produced by spraying powder from tall towers, resulting in hollow particles with a low relative density. On the other hand, concentrated laundry detergent is created through agglomeration molding, absorption, and neutralization methods, forming solid particles with a high density, small volume, and a high content of active substances. This concentrated detergent offers strong cleaning power, requires a lower dosage, saves time, labor, water, and is highly efficient, typically needing only 1/4 to 3/4 of the amount used for regular laundry detergent.
